Taking on training and assessment responsibilities in your organisation? This critical qualification will teach you the basics of workplace training, including the principles and techniques associated with adult vocational learning, the design of learning and training experiences and the planning and delivery of appropriate and valid assessment.

This course is an essential prerequisite for those intending to deliver and assess nationally accredited training programs and highly desirable for trainers and educators involved in any form of adult instruction.

What does Assessment Involve

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

Recognition of the skills and knowledge acquired through previous studies, work and life experiences may lead to advanced standing in this program. Please contact the Institute’s Curriculum Manager for more information on the RPL process. Click here for more information on RPL

How Long do I have to Complete the Qualification

Candidates may commence the qualification at any time by enrolling in the course or undertaking one of the modules leading to the full qualification. The course must be completed within two (2) years of the time of enrolment in the first module.
