About your facilitator

Anthony McLean is a former police officer with tertiary qualifications in Criminology and Intelligence. When working in areas like homicide and counter-terrorism Anthony became fascinated in how to ethically influence others to do things they otherwise wouldn’t. This led him to seek out and train with the foremost expert in the world, Dr Robert Cialdini.

Anthony is one of an elite group of 25 active Cialdini Method Certified Trainers (CMCT) in the world authorised to deliver Dr Ciaildini’s Principles of Persuasion Workshop. He is Australia's only CMCT and currently works with some of Australia’s premiere organisations in the field of influence.

Of Anthony Dr Cialdini says "In front of a group, Anthony McLean is positively magnetic, drawing from his audiences levels of attention, comprehension, and insight that are remarkable. What a competitive advantage it is to have him as a teammate!"

Anthony is a sought after training professional, consultant and speaker both nationally and internationally. He is currently the ACT President of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and an active board director.
